Gillian
Gillian Horan

Gillian is our Chief Brand Strategist and is the Managing Director of The Pudding. She is a certified brand consultant, a lecturer, a trainer and an author. She has over 12 years’ experience in the world of branding and is often referred to as a brand fanatic.
Gillian brings all the ingredients of The Pudding together!

Sandra
Sandra Honan

Sandra is our Communications Strategist. She has over 10 years’ experience in communications. Having previously worked as a producer on The Right Hook in Newstalk 106-108fm, some of the shows she has been responsible for include US Presidential Elections and live broadcasts from London, the States and Haiti.
Sandra loves the story behind the recipe!

Eva is our Creative Lead. Clients Eva has previously worked with include the Irish Chamber Orchestra and the Limerick Institute of Technology. Eva loves the design process – from ideas and brainstorming to developing a concept and seeing its application. Eva gets creative with any ingredients given to her in The Pudding!

Denise Mc Auliffe

Denise is our Marketing Executive. She has a BBS Honours Degree in Business Management and Marketing. Her study choices has been led by a passion for knowledge in communications, psychology, creativity and business.
Denise’s creativity does not cross over to making puddings :)

Lisa Coughlan

Lisa is our Marketing Assistant. She graduated from college with a degree in Marketing Management and received the Northern Trust award of excellence in marketing. Currently she is completing her post-grad in Digital marketing. Lisa loves all things marketing, digital and traditional. She also loves the running, which is good to work off all the Pudding!

Mark
Mark Mockler

Mark is our Marketing Technologist. He is our programming, mobile and web development expert. He has a Microsoft Technology Associate award in software development fundamentals and has studied audio engineering at Pulse Recording College. Mark combines all his skills to make a pudding that sounds and tastes good :)
