THE ROLE
We are looking for a mid-level brand strategist/ planner to join our team. Are you fascinated by understanding businesses and how brand/ marketing can impact their bottom line? This role will involve applying strategic and analytical-thinking to solve challenging brand issues for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, analyse and summarise insights from a broad array of inputs (e.g., client documents, research, best practices, market trends) to identify brand opportunities.
Carry out customer research, partnering with specialists as appropriate. Conduct in-depth interviews with client management and key stakeholders. Identify insights and make recommendations to help achieve brand/ business objectives.
Consult and advise on a range of brand topics from brand strategy and messaging to brand implementation and marketing campaign execution.
Translate client objectives into actionable and measurable brand activation/ marketing plans. Own the development of detailed project work plans to deliver integrated marketing campaigns. Define key performance indicators. Create reports and dashboards to measure results.
Collaborate with other consultants and creatives to explore concepts and brand/ marketing solutions (e.g. informal
brainstorming sessions, research best practices). Manage and drive projects through to completion.
Structure and write clear and compelling documents and reports (proposals, marketing collateral, client presentations, proposal responses, case studies etc.)
Partner with client contacts to develop trusted relationships based on a track record of delivery. Lead discussions and manage expectations to ensure effective project communication at all times.
THE MUST-HAVES
At least 3-5 years working in a management consulting or brand/ marketing/ market research agency role. Or equivalent mid-level marketing experience.
BA in business, economics, marketing or communications.
Obsessed with understanding businesses – specifically solving business challenges through great branding/ marketing.
You must be a team-player. There are no egos in The Pudding.

Marketing campaign execution
Analytics/ setting and measuring brand/ achieving marketing KPIs
Customer experience/ journey mapping
Project and/ or client account management
Writing creative briefs
Responding to proposals/ bids
Creating and delivering pitch presentations
