Contribute towards the achievement of our strategic and operational performance objectives as our key point of contact for agency operations.
Develop practical and effective operating systems for our day-to-day services (strategy, design, campaign management).
Monitor production KPIs and implement quality controls across all production deliverables.
Communicate all operational processes, policies and/or issues at internal meetings.
Contribute operational information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; manage production, improve productivity, ensure quality and customer-service standards are met; resolve problems; complete audits and identify opportunities.
Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
Onboard, engage, motivate, appraise and supervise team members.
Manage resource levels, salary, hours etc.
Explore and address client or personnel concerns.
Forecast financial requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiate corrective actions.
Establish project contracts and pricing
Communicate customer issues and identify ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
Work closely with CEO and management team to set and/or implement new policies, procedures and systems. Follow-through to implementation.
Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organisations.
Degree in operations management/ related field or equivalent experience
Proven track record of driving performance in an operations manager role.
Project management, organisational effectiveness and/ or operations management experience.
Ability to effectively collaborative and communicate with all levels across the organisation. Balancing respect for the team,
their skillsets and working styles with positively impacting operational performance is key for us.

Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices.
Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics. Budget preparation and oversight experience would be an advantage.
Client account management experience.
Very strong IT skills (traffic management/ workflow databases, MS Suite etc.)
Leadership and organisational skills.
Driven and ambitious with a can-do attitude.
Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Very high attention to detail.
