No.1 Pery is a beautiful Georgian property located in the heart of the Georgian Quarter in Limerick. The owners of the hotel wanted to develop a brand strategy that more accurately represented their plans for the hotel. They also wanted to rebrand the restaurant with a focus to increase the turnover. The current restaurant sat under the hotel brand but didn’t have a stand alone identity. There was a clear indication that the restaurant could serve the local catchment area thus feeding into the sales of the hotel. The challenge for us was to rebrand the restaurant so that it sat under the hotel brand but that it also had its own individual brand.

 

The Pudding developed a clear strategy for the hotel aligning all of the sub brands, the Spa and the Restaurant. We developed a whole new concept for the restaurant rebranding it as Sash, the name referring to the Georgian windows. We developed a clear plan for the restaurant to target the guests staying in the hotel along with the locals who lived in the area. The hotel has increased its sales throughout the property and has also increased the number of functions and weddings.
